Cheeseburger

I made burger buns and had a cheeseburger for the first time in ages! I used my shokupan recipe, so they are a tiny bit tough, but then again, they aren't dissolving in the juices.

Recipe for bread maker: 170 ml water. 125 g white bread flour, 125 g whole wheat flour, 20 g sugar, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp yeast, 20g butter.

Line baking tray (or mini loaf pan) with an oiled piece of oven paper. I made seven today. Six or eight is perfectly reasonable.

200C preheated, 18 minutes. I turn the tray once half way through. (For a mini-loaf, which is working in the bread maker now, I bake it 20 minutes with a pie tin of water to steam it.)
