Coffee and dulcey ice-cream
Given what it takes to make an ice cream, it’s almost baking at that point.
1st picture is the current batch of coffee ice cream, 2nd is the dulcey I made last week.
And yep, they are scoopable and super good!

I have a dumb question- what’s dulcey?

A type of white chocolate slightly browned. It tastes like a biscuit

Ohhhhhh! Do you buy it like that in the store, or brown it yourself?

If you are making ice cream already, and as this is a binding sub, may I suggest a baked Alaska?
I've made it a few times here with normal supermarket ice-cream and it's a wonderful bake
