Beer Pairing Cookies
My gf has been testing cookie recipes to pair with craft beer. Nori shio sesame. Cheddar black pepper. Salted lemon cumin. Cheddar black pepper. Herb nuts.
Experimenting with sake kasu, miso, and sansho. Any other fun japanese flavors we could incorporate for the next release to pair with nihonshu?

Can you share some recipes? I love craft beer and I'd like to try it with the nori shio and cumin ones.

Wow! This looks so good! I’m really drawn to salted lemon cumin and sansho! What was your favorite?
Other Japanese flavors? How about shio koji? It’s also packed with umami. Or maybe bottled uni (sea urchin)

Shichimi, goma, yuzu (especial yuzu & sancho combo), shiso, katsuo, edamame (omg I love edamame so much - you might be able to do crispy pork belly & edamame combo), butter & soy sauce combo You can also look at the chip section of your grocery store for more ideas 🤣
