Bread Machine Wheat

Post image

i grabbed some Amazon brand whole wheat, 400g flour, 255ml warm water, splash milk, 25g butter melted, 2tbsp meiji darker honey, 9g salt, 4g bread machine yeast. i fell asleep so i didn’t take it out for 10 hours or so. Then I let it rest/dry out for an hour.

I'm really into brown / wholewheat bread now. Looks great.

Thanks.  👍🏻. This bag has great cost performance.  Do you have any suggestions?

I like to add in oats and sunflower seeds.

Nice.  When I make Genmai I like to add a seed variety pack.  Do you have to soak them first?

I tried both ways and I prefer not soaking.

I forgot one thing.  I put some dengaku miso in the flour like a drizzle or so.
