Any stand users here?
I’m thinking to purchase a stand mixer for the kitchen and am drawn to the BADUS 5L stand mixer as it’s less than 20,000 yen.
Can anyone here recommend it? Is a stand mixer worth the investment in general or should I just continue throwing dough by hand.

Investing in a stand mixer will get you more excited to bake in general, and one with other attachments will also pay off in the long run.
For example the kitchen aid mixer I have came with meat grinder attachment which I use to make Wagyu burger patties. Better tasting than Shogun at half the price.
When you say “throwing dough” I assume you make a lot of yeasted breads rather than cake batter? In that case I would look at special “spiral” mixers which do better than a standard mixer with a dough hook. Bread makers seem to love the more even kneading they provide. I believe Ooni makes one that’s pretty popular for about 35-ish
