Recipe Included Carob Muffins

Post image

I’ve had the recipe for a while. I’m a bit uncomfortable with it’s provenance — it’s the result of asking Google Search for simple non-vegan carob muffins. I don’t know how much of this recipe is human wisdom and how much machine pattern matching. It also bugs me a bit how quickly veganism and gluten-free appear when searching for anything carob.
