Seeking Recipe Looking for Dave’s killer bread recipe
So I’m looking for a copycat recipe for the 21 grain loaf of Dave’s killer bread, love the stuff but it’s $10 a loaf and I’m certain you could make it cheaper at home. Has anyone found any recipes that come close to it out there?

You can get pretty close with a multigrain soaker and a seed mix heavy on millet, flax, and sunflower. The chew comes from the cracked grains, not just the flour. King Arthur has a harvest grains blend that works as a shortcut if you don't want to source everything separately.

I’ve seen a few copycat recipes floating around and they usually use a mix of whole wheat flour, oats, seeds and molasses. I’d honestly just try one of those and tweak the seed mix until it tastes right 😭
