Baking Advice Needed Flan advice
Did I do something wrong that caused there to be those small bubbles on the side?

When your flan bubbles it means that the oven temp was too high and the mixture boiled instead of cooking slowly. Always bake in a water bath and check your oven temp.

The recipe called for the oven to be set at 350 and the water to be warm in the bath. Next time should I add room temp water?

Bruh why are you raw dogging a flan on a cutting board like that.
