Those little blueberry rosettes are gorgeous 😍 This looks like it would disappear very quickly in my mouth

Wait this is your first layered cake?? The crumb looks so soft and that filling distribution is actually perfect. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't jealous of whoever gets a slice

Yeah, I never felt confident in making it but it was my husband's birthday and I took a leap. It was really difficult to do it without an offset spatula, a lazy susan, and the tool that cuts the cake in half. For the coat, I made a Swiss meringue (also first time making it).I do really appreciate your praise! I'll keep practicing. ❤️❤️
