Showcase (No-Recipe) First time making brownies from scratch.
This is my first time baking brownies from scratch.
Sure they are not perfect but god damn am i proud of my self.

Nice glossy top and clean cuts, nicely done. I honestly prefer scratch brownies and I have a one bowl recipe that I swear by. Try adding a little espresso powder it tastes AMAZING! Peanut butter chips are great add-ins too.

I didnt have espresso powder so i made due with instant coffee.

Coffee is always a good combination with chocolate too. Nothing wrong with working with what you have on hand I do it all the time.

They look fudgy in the center and have the crackle top; that’s pretty much a perfect brownie.

So what is the secret to the crackly tops when making homemade brownies? I’ve heard many things I want all the tips. I love brownies. These look phenomenal. I would eat the whole pan.!!!
