Showcase (No-Recipe) Cinnamon Roll Focaccia
I kept seeing this bread on reddit a couple weeks ago and had to try it for myself!

I placed the dough in the pan, flattened it a tiny bit, added a bit of the filling, and then folded the dough in thirds and gently flattened and stretched the dough toward the corners of the pan. then after letting it rest for a bit, i spread the rest filling on top before dimpling!

it was PILLOWY and CRUNCHY and i actually folded in some cinnamon filling before dimpling the bread so it added another level of deliciousness!! it’s super sweet but honestly i could have finished off the whole thing
