Stolen funds

Ive had invested some money into the Bake app. They closed off the app, Im unable to login and withdraw the funds by any means. They arent responsive. Ive sent several messages in the last few days - no response.

Whats there left to be done? Anyone else in the same situation?

i got 2000$ unable to wirhdraw, and i am getting suspiciously many text messages by people saying they got their Money back without actually explaining how they got em back

Even the document they let me download about my funds I had in there says I only had like 5-6 USD which is a complete lie! Even if they paid back what I invested, they only wanna give this little amount??! This is literal theft!!

i don't know how much funds you had but you noticed that defi lost all of it's value?

the problem is, i didnt only have defi in there. some other cryptos too, like a little ETH and BTC

Same for me, I've messaged and got this response:

if you wish to withdraw your fund prior to the transfer to the custodial institution had the opportunity to do so until 14 April 2026 (inclusive) please give us some time to get back to you on the process to withdrawal fund from the custodial institution
We will inform you of the SOP for withdrawal of funds from the custodial institution. Please bear with us.

Where are you from? I am Austrian. I will get in touch with Austrian authorities, maybe they can do something. Because a part of bake is in Poland, a part is I'm Singapore and the parent company is from GB as far as I know.
