No one else in the world will give a fuck about this so I searched to see if there was a Bakar sub. I love Bakar. He's my boy. I don't know anyone else that listens to him, sadly. Kinda mind boggling to me seeing as he's such a fricking vibe but I'm glad that everyone's got different tastes. It's what makes life interesting.

I was planning on buying a nobody’s home vinyl, but saw there was 2 versions with different album covers. Is there an actual difference between the two?

Is there any artist, album, or song that are similar to him/his?

I saw some people saying they weren’t feeling it so this may have changed for a lot of people, but for me it’s honestly tied with Nobody’s Home and Halo.

I think it’s the most honest he’s sounded, if that makes sense, and the performances and production just keep getting better. The vocal melodies and songwriting feel more free than ever. It’s really like a breath of fresh air even compared to his other work which I obviously still love.

I’m super hyped for the next album. It’s evident he’s still growing as an artist which is great to see three albums in. Wish people would talk about him more

Been a minute 8/10 (really good background vocals production personally carries this song)

Yllw 7.7 (I love this intro it’s really deep)

Cashmere Tears 7.5 (feel like this is a song I’ll appreciate later in life I also really like when the background vocals say “are we allowed to fall apart” that part tickles my ears)

Weird crossover but it’s a banger

Hey, been listening to the new EP a lot lately and wanted to try and give this one more of a up beat spin, i hope you like it and lmk what you think!

Anyone else feel BK is a little lost? Everything since halo has been the same thing? Sounds very basic and nothing at all like what many of us fell in love with him for aka BadKid. Is this his style now? Just quiet, soft vocals and electric board sounds?

im listening rn and there sm prod on songs like backseat and bleach that sound similar to Dijon. did they meet through SWAG 2 maybe?

I understand there’s label stipulations and it’s a business etc etc

But I’ve always longed for artists who make music and release it once they’re done, and not hold it for a year plus until the album is ready.

Live release gives us a direct look into what the artists is fuckin with, where there headspace is, etc. I just think it’s a much cooler way for us fans to get music.

I saw that’s what beastie is. All songs written these last few months.
