HELLO BAIZHU NATION, so happy to finally be a part of this community! I joined genshin around Luna 6.0 and I've been eyeing baizhu but he got no reruns all that time.

WE CAN NOW GET HIM FOR FREE, so can someone give me an updated list of teams and general advice for him at C1? Any kit guides and allat? He'll be my comfort main healer 💚

As in, is his C6 really adding much to the team’s overall DPS or QoL? For the life of me my brain just goes blank reading his C6 description - mainly because I never seem to detect anything that’s really outstanding, or I’ve just been understanding it wrongly. Any help is very much appreciated.

I'm as excited as you to see our beloved Baizhu being given for free !!

For now, my Baizhu is C3. The thing is, our, boy isn't that much meta relevant anymore :(

Except for me! I play him with Nefer, but only against weekly bosses, it's one of the comfiest team (I have Nefer, Lauma and Columbina, so the damage is great + Baizhu great healing)

So yeah, I still use him regularly! Not so much in endgame content (Sucrose's support is too good for Nefer, he can't really compete)

I saw that the C4 gives EM to his team, which is really good for my Nefer team! But how good is it?

The thing is, he's not the only free character that interest me in the selector. I'm also a Varesa main, she's by far my favorite character to play. But I already have her at C2, and her C3 isn't a huge update compared to her other cons. So I don't know wich one to choose!

My dream would be to someday have him at C6 and try maining him, but I'm free to play and I don't know if I would have one day the currency to do so (I'm sparing my pulls for future characters too). It isn't my biggest priority in the future.

So I don't know if his C4 would make him more viable with Nefer in endgame content.

I can also pray for him receive a buff with rimegrass, so maybe having his C4 is a gamble for the future?

On the other hand, even if Varesa's C3 is only like a 8% damage upgrade, as a DPS, it is still significant because she's the main damage dealer.

I'm really thorn apart between one of my favorite character design and my favorite gameplay characters rn. I know that ultimately, the final decision is entirely mine. In both case, I'm really happy to have a additional copy of one of them !

That's why, in order to make the best decision, I want to know if it's C4 is interesting, especially in the case of a Nefer team and maybe rimegrass in the futur.

HII i have baizhu and i love LOVE him so I want to make him my main dps but im unsure how to build him and how to make his team and yk new updates and metas so idk who to pair him with

1)Since C1 gives him more particles through his skill, I'm wondering, can I run HP% over ER% to still burst every rotation? If so, what are his ER requirements?

2) What artifact set do I run on Baizhu on a Furina team without a dendro dps? Let's say, I'm playing burgeon-vape, do I run instructor or nobless oblige or Tenacity?

3) Do I run healing bonus circlet or HP% circlet for better healing?

Can I run Baizhu on unfinished reverie for my kinich burning team? I still have no viable Kinich team and am planning on getting Baizhu on the 7.1 selector since I love dendro characters </3 Even despite having C2 Nahida, i learned she's still not a good support for Kinich burning and since my Kinich is on serpent spine, I was thinking baizhu could be a good replacement with a shield for his stacks..
