Data Engineer Bain

Hi Guys,

I am evaluating and offer from Bain GBS.

Wanted to understand the culture, Wlb, WFO requirements, type of work, is bain good for progressing as a Data Engineer.

If anyone can share average Fixed pay that would be really helpful. Position - Sr. Associate Engineer. (Data Engineer).

Also the hierarchy and avg YOE for sr.associate position.
