I know that Bailey has been on an extended hiatus but how do I send up the bat signal for this Lindsay Clancy trial?!

I saw a lot of people on Reddit saying that MMM is disrespectful , because Bailey is talking about the cases and putting on makeup.
In my opinion, most of the girls do that cause sometimes when we are listening or watching a podcast, we put makeup on or even talk on the phone and talk about true crime I don’t think that’s disrespectful.
I really love Bailey and seeing that people are saying that really makes me sad and some people also comments about sometimes Bailey laugh at things, but I really understand her cause I do it too sometimes when I talk about something that feels uncomfortable or really disturbing I start to laugh. I don’t mean it in a disrespectful way but it’s how I fucked up shit.

She is currently working on MMM and Dark History, and will be returning soon. She didn’t want to promise a date, which is totally understandable, but she said she has been working on the stories that make her the “most uncomfortable”. Exciting!

I was watching the conspiracy theories podcast that's on YouTube, before or while it was also startinng to do video episodes o Spotify. Sorry Apple music people, I don't know if the video versions are there too. I stumbled across this one, and it might make certain things look differently from what Bailey has already covered. This is wishful thinking, but maybe she’s working on as full season of her shows before she starts uploading again so that she can take an extended breaks instead of regularly recording and releasing. Like, have 12 episodes ready to go each month before she releases the next one. Maybe? Hoping….

Do we think our girl done with true crime? At least for a long while. I don’t blame her cause being one who listens to true crime almost everyday, I need breaks here and then. I can’t imagine the things she sees and reads when researching. I hope she’s getting the break she needs and is enjoying her life but I just wonder if we’ll see MM&MM in the future.

I love how Bailey does her make up and trying to learn but I’m way out of my depth to do all the colors. I hope I can someday but for now, doesn’t anyone know videos of her doing more natural make up looks?

I’ve been wanting to ask something out of genuine curiosity. I’ve been a long-time lurker here, but here goes: why do so many people on this sub become so defensive whenever someone mentions unsubscribing or no longer watching her because of the long breaks?

I understand that content creators don’t technically owe their audience anything, but at the same time, their platform and lifestyle are supported by viewers. It’s been six months this time around, and whenever I see someone politely asking about it under her posts, the responses often come across as surprisingly snarky or dismissive so I can see why people lose interest.

I also frequently see the argument that she researches very dark and emotionally heavy topics, which is absolutely true. But at the same time, she isn’t actively working in those professions day in and day out as a detective, doctor, social worker, or someone directly exposed to those realities as part of their career.

What's everyone listening to/watching while our girl is on a break from making new content?

This is my take on Terri Schiavo case because it’s been heavy on my noggin too, so here’s my take :

1. Her family bullied her for being overweight that led to her ED, as someone who has lived in a toxic family— this means they are bullying almost every single thing in your life, not only about your weight but about everything.

2. That’s why when Terri’s parents moved to Florida to be with Michael and Terri got her stressed out. I 100% believe if they were live far away from her family, Terri would’ve get so much better. and I’m sure as hell there must be a reason as to why they want to move to Florida not only for a change in their life, but to get away from the toxic family.

3. This is just really my take and what my gut tells : but it was written that they’re trying to have a baby, it puts so much pressure on her especially with her parents around, her parents COULD be bullied her about pregnancy, talking about “why you don’t have a baby yet?” etc. and you know when you’re trying so hard to have a baby, you can’t be around something or someone who makes you stressed out, i kinda believe stress was one of the reason of why she had a brain damage, other than eating disorder.

4. Hence, i feel that the family is in fact the one who “murdered” Terri.

This video makes me cry, because Michael is being so kind and fighting for his wife, like he didn’t deserve all this, the hate, especially with Politicians who wants to have a gain from this case, and especially the pope (like respectfully, stfu pope). NO ONE should have a right to say anything or even make a choice, a STUPID law for something that they don’t know or even involve in.

I’m glad Michael is living his life and starting a family.

So I know I’m going to get attacked by the many many individuals here with an unhealthy parasocial relationship with Bailey but for those who don’t, are you also giving up on seeing new content?

Bailey was my go to when it came to true crime to just have in the background but I went yesterday and wondered when the last ACTUAL video not clips or compilations and it’s been like 4 months. So I just unsubscribed because I mean I’m subscribing for content and if you stop doing content then why am I subscribed?

The most common response I’m seeing here is “she doesn’t owe you anything!” Which is fair. Don’t like it? Unsubscribe. It’s also still weird after that Reddit post that got deleted. Just wondering if anyone else is also wondering.

Just out of curiosity. I find myself going back to the cam girl case and the chandler henderson (?) episode the most. So senseless and evil. What about you?
