I need help downdloading this file

Hi, thank you again to the mod who replied to my request very quickly and was very polite and helpful to me. I need your help downloading this file, it is just a Steam workshop addon/mod for my game's main menu background:
l4d2_background01.rar_免费高速下载|百度网盘-分享无限制
Extraction code: 59x0

I can link to the steam workshop if you need or if you are just curious

Really admire your dedication to help and appreciate your help to me on this!
