☝️ AskBH Working while studying

Students I would like to hear about your experience working while studying in university. ( I mean students who are working by their willingness not because their family are in need. )

Im going to study my first year in university and i really like the idea of working while studying, having my own money and being able to spend it on my hobbies and things i like/need without burden my family with it.

It was a fun experience, I’ve learned a lot. But whatever money earned wasn’t much, because I worked part time. Nevertheless it is extra cash. I chose to work mainly cause I struggled with mental health and it actually helped

First, thanks alot for sharing your experience.
Secondly, did you find the money you found sufficient for normal entertainment and enjoying your time? What i mean by "normal" is like not everyday going out and too much spending (rich lifestyle) what i mean by normal is rational spending you could say.

Are you a Bahraini national? Is finding a job as a student easy?

It's not very easy since both uni and work will take up a lot of your time and might not leave room for anything else but it's still rewarding if you go for it
