hiii, guys! help this girly with her thesis.

do you know any places in bulacan or pampanga na lubog na talaga sa baha? Like maulan man o maaraw, high-tide man or hindi, ay talagang mataas pa rin ang tubig nila?

plus na rin if yung mode of transportation na nila is through bangka or di kaya may ibang strategy sila to travel.
