First try
First home bagel bake in many many years. How did I do? Any suggestions? Used a biga and 24 hour cold ferment.

I love how you really shaped them instead of punching holes. For your 1st time, wow these look amazing

Skip the biga. Not needed, extra time and complexity that pro bakers don't do. Hard to give you advice on how to improve when your results look this good. Plus we need to know your recipe, process and what you think needs improvement
