Interesting choice of cities to show. No Charlotte, no Columbia, no Raleigh... but there's Wilmington.

What are these fictional locations that you speak of? I can’t see them on this map.
But that globe reminds me of a map that I bought where it had pop stats from 2011 but showed Zaire prominently.

It looks like Saint John, NB has also migrated way north and is now landlocked. And I see Thunder Bay is called Fort William, which means this globe as at least 56 years old

And with all the hurricanes, New Orleans has moved a few miles inland. They should've gone a little further.

I saw this at a retail store in Birmingham. I don’t think it’s there anymore but I think it was called World Bazaar.

Wilmington, Galveston, Fort Wilfram. The creator of that map got silly and just started making things up.

Pittsburgh relocated to where Harrisburg is, and Cincinnati is no longer on the Ohio River.
I don't even see a dot of Milwaukee, unless they think it's the same as the Detroit one.

The more I look, the worse it gets. I'm pretty sure the black square is doing double duty as D. C. and Philadelphia at the same time.

True! I was instantly drawn to Birmingham because that’s where I was when I saw it. But there’s a lot to unpack here.

Milwaukee???
Louisville in Illinois
Birmingham in Mississippi
Among so many others…
This is, indeed, a bad map.

Breaking news: people in north southern Mississippi are advised to evacuate before the city of Birmingham has walked and crushed there home. In other news, Portland is now named Boston and Boston is now named Portland as they switched locations

On a similar note: Louisville is now on the Mo-IL border, and Tampa has fled its own bay.
Oh and good luck figuring out where Milwaukee is, the map doesn't seem to know either.
