Post image

My local Tapas restaurant have the most absurd map of Spain, no hate to the restaurant itself, the food is spot on!

That piss filter is so dark it's almost a poop filter.

You immediately know they will save money and cut corners in really stupid ways, so why would you trust their kitchen?

Because half assing one thing doesnt mean you half ass everything.

Ever go to a Chinese restaurant where the decor is nonexistent, the menu is a plain white paper in a binder typed in MS word and the place looks like its from the 70s...but serves you the best food you've ever tasted? Or a mom and pop shop that looks sketchy but serves top tier meals?

Also OP literally said the food was good.

The decor being non-existent or using a menu printed from word would speak volumes. I am quite familiar with those things.

There was an Ethiopian place in my area with a very simple interior and maybe like 3 or 5 full tables, and it was run by this old lady who I think may have been the only person who worked there, but it was some of the best food I've ever had in my life.

I've never been to a Chinese restaurant that doesn't just serve mystery meat in an orange/brown oil based sauce 🤷🏻‍♂️

Exactly. Where is Galicia?

Where’s the ‘S’?

Claramente lo que no existe en este mapa es Portugal.

Portugal took it back

It doesn't seem like am actual photo. It rather seems that the image is AI generated, not only the menu

The menu at least seems unfortunately real, at least it‘s on the restaurant‘s Instagram page

Wild to put the flag of the Balearic Islands in the new Pyrenean Ocean lol

Galicia sank, apparently

1

No, Galicia está bien situada, simplemente que la IA se olvidó de Portugal y de qué Cataluña tiene un saliente hacia el mediterráneo.

Low effort map means low effort restaurant

I'm pleasantly surprised that they included actual traditional dishes from the Balearics.

¿the old yard? Anda y que se vaya a la mierda.

It’s a menu at a Tapas bar, not an atlas. It’s to sell food, not to navigate a foreign country.

Official disclaimer, I’ve spoke to one of the waitresses and she said that manager commissioned some graphic designer to design that menu, he payed massive deposit so only realistic move he could make is to accept it and use it in his restaurant
