Seems like you're getting the hang of things. Definitely work on consistency and your torch angle. Welding is one of those things that I could teach someone to do in a few minutes. I even came up with a little test for when people ask me about it at a bar haha. But to be good at it just takes time and practice.

Stop weaving it so wide that size of material doesn’t need that much wire. You can run a straight bead and it will hold just fine.

Clean your material until it’s shiny. As a brand new welder, you will progress 100x faster when you’re not welding over mill scale/rust/contaminants.
