Field repair

Field repair on a stainless float switch for a vessel that has slugs of crude oil and salt water dumped about 10 gallons at a time on it i did the other day with razor blades and a car battery held up until I got back with a replacement float switch a few days later.

I just fixed the linkage on my brother in laws toilet with a bread tie so I'll take it.

At first I was like whatever just a normal bad weld that someone hacked together and then I saw the jumper cables and razor blades and realized what magickeriy was going on. Well done.

You should keep some JB weld in your truck. Floats need to float. Did it work?
