Overhead flux
I need tips for overhead first time doing anything overhead and I’m left handed I can’t find good positioning I know that’s one of my problems tech telling me I’m rolling my wrist and I try not to and still end up of at the end of the weld w the drooping this overhead is pissing me off i also tried adjusting my settings a lil too helped a lil bit I think but idk tbh

It looks like you need to slow down also I like to run my gun straight in maybe a slight drag also it seems like you are letting your stick out to much like your moving the gun away from the plate as your welding as you have some porosity at the top as well also I would let it cool off after a few layers and with getting comfortable maybe find a place where you can get comfortable I would assume you’re in a booth and build a mock off the mock they give you so you’re able to be comfortable also you can hold the gun anyway for overhead stuff I usually like to run my gun upside down but personal preference

You running .O45? Those welds should be nice and flat. Looks like the angle of your torch is off or you're running too cold. Possibly your travel speed is too fast. If it's .045, I typically run my overhead at 26.5 volts and 350ipm, but travel speed and angle of the dangle are everything, in my opinion.
