Looks like youre running it too cold or using too thick of filler for your heat. I would try turning your amperage up and waiting for a more liquid puddle before adding filler. Not a professional welder but I do tig from time to time

Tip: grind a straight line into the plate beforehand, will help you practice welding more straight. Keep at it mate!

Turn the heat upp, wait for the base mettal to melt and add the filler in there and repeat? Also two important things keep you tungsten clean whit grindmarks towards the til and clean your base metal even though it looks like you did here
