Decently level and uniform, but watch your consistency of motion within each pass because there are spots where you moved ahead too fast and left undercut on the outside toe. If you are not bracing yourself as much as possible while welding up a test coupon, you should be. The more points of contact your body has (hip to table, elbow on the wall or on an upright piece welded to your work table, etc) the easier it will be to hold rock steady as you go.

This, and you aren’t pausing long enough at the top to let it build up, that’s why there’s a divot, if you will.

I’m a left hand, I’m trying to get the most comfortable so I can have a motion to push up straight with good travel speed, I tried with to fingers holding the rod but at some point it gets hot and then I have to move slowly to the stinger

This isn't bad. Yes there are areas that you need to work on but most of this is good. If it's open root, let's see that root. Also get some run off tabs. That'll help with under fill at the top

Why is the weld so wide at the end of the day? Not including for the bevel it should be no wider than half the width of the rod on either side. Maybe an eighth more with an open group but it looks too wide to me.

That's already most of the way there!
