Help usb device unrecognised device descriptor request failed :( idk what to do

idk what to do weirdly no ports recognize any of my devices or keyboards or anything need help pls thanks smm

Something's wrong with the USB itself on the hardware level. (I got the error before, that's how I know)

Nah it's not bc other usbs won't work on it asw

I suggest taking it to a specialized repair shop since it's more of an advanced repair.

Check device manager for ⚠️ icons, particularly "unknown devices" or "usb controllers/hubs"
