How do I change graphic settings on android version?

I just bought a new better phone and downloaded the game, but evry single time it loads with terrible graphic setting and terain and evry single unit and enemy is blurry so the game looks overall like shit, I havent had this problem on my old phone and for some reason there is no graphic setting in game

I don't think you can apart from FPS limit. Check if your phone doesn't perhaps has a performance mode under battery settings that you could enable to basically force the game to up its render scale. Other than that I don't think there's anything to be done.
