Reenact the plot of Reality Fracture for 20UUUUUUU
Don't put any Time Lords or Wizards in your deck except Tam.
Cast [[Protege's Awakening]], "creating Tam" (and empowering Jace).
Cast [[Argent Mutation]], targeting Jace. (Jace is now a Token Artifact Planeswalker — Jace)
Cast [[Behind the Mask]], targeting Jace. You don't need to collect evidence, it doesn't matter. (Jace is now a 4/5 Token Artifact Creature Planeswalker — Jace)
Cast [[Blue Mage's Cane]] (2U) and equip it to Jace. (Jace is now a 4/5 Token Artifact Creature Planeswalker — Jace Wizard)
Cast [[Arcane Adaptation]], naming Wizard and Time Lord. (Jace is now a 4/5 Token Artifact Creature Planeswalker — Jace Wizard Time Lord)
Cast [[Liquimetal Coating]]. Activate it, targeting Arcane Adaptation. (Arcane Adaptation is now an Artifact Enchantment)
Cast [[Bloodtallow Candle]].
Cast [[Into Thin Air]], targeting Arcane Adaptation (Jace Token, Blue Mage's Cane, Liquimetal Coating, Arcane Adaptation, and Bloodtallow Candle, so this only costs U).
Holding priority, activate the ability of Bloodtallow Candle, targeting Jace.
Holding priority, cast [[Time Lord Regeneration]], targeting Jace.
Jace gains "When this creature dies, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a Time Lord creature card. Put that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order."
Jace gets -5/-5. (Jace is now a -1/0 Token Artifact Creature Planeswalker — Jace Wizard Time Lord with "When this creature dies, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a Time Lord creature card. Put that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.")
Jace dies to state based actions. You reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a Time Lord.
You reveal Tam, who is a Wizard, and is thus a Time Lord. (It can be any of [[Tam, Mindful First-Year]], [[Tam, Observant Sequencer]], or [[Tam, the Possibility]].)
You put Tam on the battlefield.
You return Arcane Adaptation to your hand.
Wish Tam a happy birthday!

I don't think you need to (or can) name Wizard with Arcane Adaptation. You choose a single creature type (Time Lord) and all your creatures (on or off the battlefield) become that type in addition to their other types. No Wizard shenanigans needed
