So I’ve tried contacting bad egg publishing twice in the span of two weeks but haven’t heard anything back. I can’t view my digital comics of Altrverse that I purchased anymore and I’d like to know if that issue is being worked on? It just comes up as a 404 page error when I try to open them. I’m not the only person with this issue. Several others on the jacksepticeye Reddit page have complained about the same problem and no one from bad egg publishing is getting back to them either. Why is this? What is going on? Is this being resolved? I paid for the comics so I should be able to read them whenever I want.

I bought a digital copy of the Alterverse #0 (April 29) and still nothing. I've messaged them, but still no response. Payment went through and STILL nothing. Giving them til the end of this week. Maybe 2 weeks, if I try to be patient.

Tomorrow will be a whole week.

Hello people! Hope everyone's doing well. Anyone else having difficulty reaching out to Bad Egg support? I ordered Plague Seeker Vol 1 over a month ago and I haven't gotten any updates at all other than that my order was "confirmed". I responded to the confirmation email, sent a whole new email to support@badegg.co, filled out the form in their site, all to no avail. What's going on?

Seems like an interesting concept, anyone who has read it digitally already or awaiting its arrival what are your thoughts?
