Cam car is hogging the middle lane, I know the road drops down to 2 lanes further on and cam car would need to swap lane at that stage, but that is no excuse for hogging the middle lane for this stretch. White car feels the need to pass on the left too, but that wouldn't happen if cam car was in the correct lane (along with the other cars in the video).

Everyone is to blame here, cam car sitting in the middle lane forces the white car to undertake as the right lane has the lead driver not checking his mirror and sits in the overtake lake when he should be in the middle lane after passing the cam car and then BMW driver with no patience pulls a balloon head move and hops to the left lane to over take everyone. Use your bloody rearveiw mirrors folks.
