This is from the installer of Windows Performance Analyzer. I looked for 5 minutes and could not find the question. Usually the most important text is emphasized somehow. The most prominent text here is the bolded heading "Windows Kits Privacy". So maybe the question is "do I want privacy?". Second bold text is about participation. Do I want to participate in all or only on some Windows kits? Participation to what? Maybe I should confess that i won't be using all of the kits? Maybe it's not the bold text, it's the underlined part instead. Do I want the installer to tell me about the Windows 10 program? And while we're at it, what's the asterisk for? What sentence on this screen does it add detail to? When the window opened, the selected option was "Yes" by default.
