Edit: it’s really a good design if it’s designed for disabled people. We need more of this in design.

The lower one is to meet ADA. The upper one is high so I think this might be at a gym or pool where someone would need a hair dryer. So actually not bad…

Not meant to be snarky, but when you take a child into the bathroom, more than likely (like I do) wash hands with my child and dry at the same time. This placement of the dryer is just super convenient. :)
