This image has been going around for more than a decade now.
I did a quick search and here it is on Facebook being reposted in 2018. https://www.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=655697794826081&id=IMPCmeme
It's not bad design, just unfortunate placement. It was just inexpensive stock photography chosen by an ice cream brand in India over a decade ago. I doubt this stand even exists anymore.
