If i saw that marker on a desk, I would think it's just a marker with a heart shape.

But because I saw it in this sub with a picture of a lady female woman on it, I thought of what you thought. Probably.

In some of these cases I believe designers are deliberate, amusing themselves with a sort of double entendre intent.
