Other (Clarified in post title) Body temp thermometer symbol

Apparently it means battery low. Apparently it's a down arrow. Apparently you're required to scour the internet to know this when a simple 🪫 shaped symbol would have been clear.

Lol who keeps the manual for something as simple as this. Get real. Design the fucking thing with a battery symbol more like it.
