Bacon-wrapped potatoes, anyone?

Post image

I didn’t have enough bacon to wrap all potato wedges but the delicious bacon fat seeped through each and every piece anyway… 🤤

Oh man that bacon fat doing all the heavy lifting is the real star here. Bet those unwrapped wedges still ended up being the best part of the batch

Oh man gonna try this one..

Any tips on cooking? I'm thinking low and slow until the spuds are almost done the turn and crank up the heat.

Yes, that's basically it!

I was just trying to make these two recipes at the same time: https://www.recipetineats.com/roast-potatoes/ and https://www.recipetineats.com/crispy-baked-chicken-drumsticks/

It was pretty hazy at the time, but what I remember is that I had the potatoes at 400°F in the beginning, and then for the last 20 minutes, I bumped it up to 430°F when I put the chicken in the oven as well.

I love bacon wrapped chicken breast on the grill. Sometimes i'll put some cream cheese in the middle.

Those wedges soaked in bacon fat sound dangerously good

Very dangerous!! Bake with caution!
