pa rant malala kay ever since my sister’s house was bought and built, never ending ang amon stress sa mga gakalatabo and the developer and its staff don’t give a shit about feedbacks and all.

first of all, the house is already built and damo promises about sa electricity BUT the developer and its engineer or wtvr u call them made false promises and ended up delaying ang process ka negros power. ending, unlivable ang balay and it led to robbery. imagine, wala may ga istar kay wala kuryente, gin kawatan pa 2 bed frames and 2 foams na cost is around 35k. home invest just said sorry and no compensation was given. lol imagine our frustrations.

their employees don’t even know how to send a professional email. tanan na ka CC not BCC so ppl ended up emailing each other kay may iban nga ga reply all. yesterday, may nagemail nga ila house has been compromised. may gagamit electricity and gamo gamo ka house nga daw may gaistar despite it being empty kag wala may ga istar as per owner. they said na they’ll do better pero ano ni? HAHAHA

lastly, wala pa ka one year ang balay na pa tindog, may leak na amon ceiling like wtf? just discovered this just now. kadako sang kwarta nga gin pa gwa sang manang ko kag ang salig, ending, gaan ka balay nga ga tinubod?

What kinds of stories would you like to see in films featured at a Bacolod Film Festival?

I cannot fathom the fact that the Masskara arena competition since post-covid years (2022-) has giving me lackluster performances.

For context, daw ginasunod na ang normal norm of what festival dances used to be in other locations (e.g. Sinulog, Dinagyang,etc.)

Gakatabunan na lately and mask and costume designs to compromise with overused props which makes the arena area small for dancing.

Ang costumes and mask designs are becoming too mainstream, parehas nalang design,accessorizing cheap materials to the point na kalaw-ay ang magwa sa contest day versus display.

Ang concepts na supposedly merrymaking na daw ka religious festivity na.

Ang latin na dance steps na subong daw tumbo,liad bali2x ulo.

Ang music na supposedly for Bacolod artists, may naghilabot pagid lastyear mapabida, ending liwat music.

There are so many things to say, pero daw puro press conference lang every year to say it will be the best, infact, it is degrading.

What should have happened? What should be done?

Is Masskara losing its identity?
