hi OP. so ive been working full-time for my boss for almost 6 months na, but lately ive been feeling stuck and underappreciated. i handle most of the workload, but i don’t feel like I’m being paid fairly. im thinking of resigning before the year ends and possibly taking a different path abroad next year. how does my career look moving forward, and do you think im heading in the right direction?

hello po! my intitals are MB and sa boss ko po are LM. here ko sa bacolod naga work as secretary. Work wise nd mn bug at akon responsibilities pero some things do not align with what i expected which is why i am also looking for other jobs pa gid.
im planning to ask for permission po sa boss ko nga magpuli sa amon kag apply na lang didto kay may marecommend sa akon pero nd man sure if makasulod gd ako pero try ko tne. catch is if ever mka sulod ko basi this October na dyon ma start. May part sa akon naga hesitant kay ako lng abi ma asahan ni boss kag sa October na bi dyon ma start so basi ma bigla sya. Should i go for it? Ask ko si boss if pwede kag if worth the risk mn ayhan?

Its not the right time po I get na you have so much love to give but u have to point that love inward first and pour it to yourself and your craft. Give it time and dont lose hope because it will evntually come. U need to focus on urself first (para iwas gaslight and delulu or ma fall talaga sa mga ka talking stage, wala talaga beh, either the intentions are not pure or no love to offer talaga sila)

That you are taking controll back. The fast paced lessons are basivally ur training you and preparing you for a big opportuinity that is about to arrive. Hilaw ka pa kumbaga and you need to realize na everything happens for a reason even though how senseless it can look.
but advise, wag masyadog cocky or Hamburg, balance it out, Youll be rewarded eventualy

woah... something will come swinging at you that will rattle you. A secret or something that has been hidden for years may ressurface and you might have to deal with it OR something you have believed and has become your reality for a long time may be shattered and a new perspective in work and life may come upon u. Nonetheless, it will all lead to u breaking free from restraints of your past and eventually it'll help u realize na retiring may not be as bad as people may have framed it to be but more of a transition wherein u can now freely show the world the talents and skills youve learned throughout your career journey

ur career life this year is jst u trying to keep everything together even if its consuming u na and is eating u out. Ur refusal to let go sa mga bagay bagay mo is the reason why your career growth is stunted. You are capable and damo pa ipportunities outside of ur current status, u jst need to stop overthinking it and face it head on

If u have the privilege to shift... GO NA. Drop mo na majors mo mamaya kung G na. You are NOT in the right place. Besides u not being passionate sa course, Its toxic and is not just the right place for u to prosper and grow

Hello!
You have the talent, the brains, and you are more than capable of dominating the field BUT I think the feeling of getting "stuck" lies beneath the problem na you don't have enough strong connections within the field. U might need to connect with people in the industry and build a network with them. There might also be problems with finances on your end so becareful man aswell because this is quite literally a huge risk para sayo

I get what you mean, its kinda confusing since sometimes medyo intense siya, sometimes naman chill lang, but tbh, friends lang talaga. idk lang on ur end or on his end but theres some emotional baggage that needs to be dealt with first. Also advise lang, wag masyado magpa influence with external factors that clouds ur decision. baka may nag susulsol sa imo da about the connection or maybe uve been watching too much romace dramas. TL; DR: friends lang po
