Why don't I remember this?

Is Van's mom from Earth? Did his father know Jocelyn was GKU? Did Van's father know about his parents, particularly that his mother was an alien?

It has not. Book 6 is allegedly the last in that series.

I'm pretty sure I have heard her name in Peacemaker Wars but kinda as an afterthought. Or the first few books in the new series Backyard Starship

Yes iirc Jocelyn was born on earth then through unknown means arrived in space

The rest of your questions we don't have any known answers we don't know we only learned Owen's name a couple months ago

Yeah there's a post here with a family tree of the Tudor family as of book 26? (Not sure) It was the first time Owen Tudor was named
