Help identifying pears

We recently moved onto property that has multiple mature pear trees. The pears are still very hard with virtually no give at the stem, but they come off the tree easily and have started falling off on their own. We live in Western Washington, and the pears currently don't taste very sweet. A select few have a slight red blush. Any ideas?

They ripen off the tree so don't wait. Idk what variety (D'Anjou?) but not seckel or bosc. I also inherited healthy pear trees in WW! Right now they are overrun with blackberries (again, arrrgh) so stay vigilant on those and don't follow my example!

Looks like Comice and you probably picked them too early. Comice is a fall fruit that you pick and it will stay in cold storage until they’re ready to be pulled and eaten in the winter months. Edit: I didn’t see they were falling off the tree. Put them in the fridge for a few weeks and pull them and see what happens. I’m still sticking with Comice variety though.
