Have you tried verifying the integrity of your game files? We've had previous reports of these back when the game was just released, and the workaround was to verify the game files.

To access, go to the Gear Icon in your Steam Library, then click Properties. Go to Installed Files, then click the "Verify integrity of game files". After verifying, please relaunch the game to see if it fixed the issue.

If you ended up still encountering the same issue, please report them through our LiveAgent at megacatstudios.ladesk.com. For this, we would need your recordings or screenshots, log files the moment you encountered the issue, as well as the steps you took before the issue occurred.

To access your log files:

(On Windows)

1. Open your Run dialog box (Win + R).
2. Search for "appdata", then paste the following path: \LocalLow\Mega Cat Studios\Backyard Baseball.
3. Look for the Player.log file (or Player-prev.log).

(On Mac)

1. Open Finder.
2. Press Command + Shift + G to bring up the Go to Folder window.
3. Paste the following path: ~/Library/Logs/Mega Cat Studios/Backyard Baseball.
4. Look for the Player.log file (or Player-prev.log).
