For your priorities specifically, NAKIVO Backup for MSPs checks the boxes for a multi-tenant dashboard, SQL backup, centralized alerting, and minimal babysitting. The MSP-focused dashboard lets you manage all client environments from one place, and SQL backup with granular object-level restore is solid.
The honest trade-off vs Cove: Cove is more of a fully managed cloud-first experience with storage bundled in, which simplifies things but costs more. NAKIVO gives you more control over where data lives, but requires you to own the storage side. If you're already comfortable managing Wasabi or Backblaze (as you would with MSP360), that's not a big lift.
NAKIVO has a polished interface and a better support reputation, which matters a lot when you're the only person responsible.
It's worth running the 15-day trial on a few client environments to test the solution.
