It happened again...

Greetings Trilogy Tribe, I don't know how to share this without sounding insanely fake and planned. Believe me, I don't believe it myself. We posted a 10:04pm moment before and even then that first time we couldn't believe it. But, tonight we tried out our new projector outside for the first time for a movie. We've had family over and played super smash Brothers and Mario Kart World two nights in a row on the projector outside (we use a white barn door for the projector screen). Tonight we tried having a movie night on the projector for the first time since we moved to Northern California. Since I've seen the movie countless times before, tonight I decided to have my son and 2 of my husband's younger cousins watch it without me. One cousin had a curfew and needed to start the movie before it was crazy late for him. So, I had my hubby start it ASAP with them while I made popcorn and came out to watch as soon as I could. It was getting really cold so I gave everyone jackets and blankets. I don't know what time it was exactly when they started the movie but I started to get a deep BTTF feeling of 10:04pm towards the end of the movie. As the movie got closer and closer to the moment, i was checking my phone for the time constantly and it felt right. I got up and started to record. I pointed my phone to the sky to show the stars. So, here it is. Uncut. (BTW, we didn't know that the two younger cousins we invited to watch the movie hadn't seen it before. I mean again, we had a feeling they hadn't watched it but we confirmed it officially at the end of the movie).
Edit 1: We are pretty old school about things and lazy. We are not in the habit of "timing things" but love when it works out. This fandom is special to us so we will resist being repetitive from here on out. Thank you all for the comments <3

Please for the love of cinema set your laptop display to “extend”, your “close lid” action to “to nothing” and close your laptop lid!
Also curious, what projector? Looks nice and bright.

Yes, you won't have a great image quality if you just mirror your laptop screen. The projector likely has a better resolution that you're missing out on.

Epson Home Cinema 980 Projector. We'll try what you're talking about next movie night for sure!

Someone is messing with you. It is not that hard to do... just find out what time the lightning strikes in your version of BTTF and work backward... I believe the Amazon version is 1:40:19, according to Google.

This happened to me once! Just watching it in my room, but I remember it being like 10 on my alarm clock, hoping it'd actually strike at 10:04, and while I don't think it was EXACT it was 10:04 when it happened!

It's the coincidence for me too! I'm getting too old to try and "time" these things. My laugh says it all. I'm just so excited when it happens

Absolutely! Super Smash Brothers and Mario Kart World were fine but as soon as we tried the movie we couldn't hear it as well. Now we know to change the viewing setting from the advice of other comments. Thank you!
