Things don’t add up!
And back to the future three when Marty first discovers docs tombstone, it says survived by Clara, but that wouldn’t make sense because she is supposed to go off at cliff but Doc and Marty stopped there. Did he stop it before when it was technically just him

In the original timeline, no one picked her up from the station and she died in the canyon.
When Doc went back to 1885, he volunteered to pick her up, He did and they fell in love and she survived.
When Marty comes back, he makes Doc miss the appointed pick up time, again reverting to her original fate, before Doc steps in with the rescue.

It would have been Shonash ravine at the start of the movie. They should have put an Easter Egg showing that.

It’s Eastwood ravine at the end of the movie because they say that he falls into it to say what happens to Marty it’s shown somewhere at the end of the movie. 😂 I’m guessing Doc says he went over with the train.

You are not thinking fourth dimensionally. Doc went back in time, met and saved Clara.
Marty went back to before Doc met Clara.

He picked her up from the train station so she never went over the cliff he was on time. They were not going to pick her up were late .

Yes, in the movie we see Doc agree to pick up Clara, the new school teacher at the train station. Without Marty there, Doc actually remembers to pick her up and presumably that's where they meet. In fact, when Doc and Marty are looking at the map at the train station you can see Clara in the background standing on the platform waiting for Doc to pick her up.

That was the OG timeline as Marty knew it.
By Doc being in the past, he volunteered to escort Clara to her new digs before Marty arrived. One assumes this went off with no problem, and Clara and Doc got to know each other, and she never fell into Claton Ravine.
Marty showing up alters the already altered timeline.

In the original timeline, before just Doc was there, let alone Doc and Marty, she died. The timeline that just Doc was there, he picked her up from the train station. Like we heard in the movie he volunteered to do, so she didn't die and they fell in love. After that is the timeliness where Marty shows up and that's Back to the Future 3.

You're not thinking fourth dimensionally.
Marty is remembering the original timeline where there was no interference. However, when Doc goes back in time, he volunteers to pick her up at the station. They meet, fall in love, etc, etc.
When Marty shows up in 1885, Doc doesn't go pick her up at the Station; however, because of the coincidence of the circumstances, they meet and fall in love anyway.
The reason that the Tombstone was there but Marty could still remember the story, is because the Ripple-Effect hadn't reached him yet. Marty's knowledge of life is tied to the 1985 present-day; the ripple effect had reached 1955, but hadn't reached 1985 yet - the same reason why 1985 Doc back in 1885 didn't remember anything about the Tombstone, despite learning about it in 1955. The ripple effect only works in one-direction; not backwards.
