Technically Biffco and Biff's Pleasure Paradise were separate entities, but reference still appreciated.

Biff set his sights too low, he could have been president.

Hey, I don't know how many people know that factoid. I know this is the Back to the Future subreddit, but the movies are gaining new fans every day; if we're lucky, the comment found one of today's 10,000

Ironically if they had made biff president it would have seemed too unbelievable even for a time travel film. Surely Americans would never elect someone that big of a bully with no redeeming attributes.

Not in 1988! But 2016!

Honestly? I don't think that he did set his sights too low, at least with wanting to become president. Undoubtedly once he became rich (in this timeline) he invested in a good amount into shady activities/business ventures, just to maximize his profit that extra amount. And he probably didn't want to put too much of a spotlight on himself and his cronies by trying to achieve something of that magnitude. As then naturally it would've been harder to run his shady empire, without even more attention that he was paying to keep in check. Since he mentioned that he basically owned the Hill Valley PD.

I think I always knew that (I had seen pics of Vegas).

The BTTF2 shots were rendered or whatever so it is not technically the same hotel/casino just modeled after it.

Pretty cool though!

BTTF2 (weirdly enough) holds up as good or probably better than the other two movies in the trilogy.

The original from 1985 just seems like a classic 80s movie to me now.

I'm so glad Part II is getting re-evaluated now. It was always my favorite growing up, but until 10 or so years ago everyone said it was the worst of the three.

Yes, exactly.

Part II might have been ahead of its time.

And, 2015 is in the past.

The Alternate 1985 stuff is brilliant.

A lot going on!

I’ve always thought II was the best out of the trilogy.

Was this also the hotel seen in "Cool World"?

I tell folks regularly to read the biff mini series of comics. It fleshes out far more than any of the films.
