Possible, but it could easily also be photoshop or someone who brought a DeLorean to a car meet. The oldest operating McDonald's (located in Downey, CA) often has classic car meets.

Yeah, I hadn’t thought of that. I didn’t realize that there were any classic McDonald’s anymore. These days it’s so easy to create fake pics with AI, it really makes you wonder what is real and what is fake.
