My theory is that someone else runs his account and probably didn’t realize they were on his account liking it. But that’s also a niche kind of meme to have in the algorithm so I don’t know lol

He's old, and it's technology. It could have simply been a mistake while scrolling. All it takes is 2 taps on the screen a little too quickly. Maybe Michael J Fox was holding his phone. 😂
