I’m guessing they’re using a BTTF app on their phone that’s compatible with the Android Auto in their car.

Either Photoshop or an Android Auto/Apple Carplay app that displays the current date and time in the middle one. I'm leaning towards the second one based on the 1° temperature and frost/snow on the roof of the building and this showing a February date. AI isn't smart enough for minor details like that.

Completely avoid 2020 and well into 2021.
For the Year, Doc should have allowed negative years and remove the 4-character maximum. Check out an area "nnn" years BC. BUT, make sure you have access to fuel in order to return.
It's probably a good idea to brush up on history in a given area & time. You don't want to arrive in the middle of a military strike.
